Welcome to MafiaXo ("the Game"), an online multiplayer game operated by Enfessoft Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using MafiaXo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or playing MafiaXo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use MafiaXo. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Game, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. In-Game Purchases & Virtual Currency

MafiaXo may offer virtual items, currencies, or other in-game content for purchase ("Virtual Items"). By purchasing Virtual Items, you acknowledge that:

• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and remain the property of the Company.
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
• All purchases of Virtual Items are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Xsolla. By making a purchase, you also agree to Xsolla's terms of service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other players.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's servers or other players' accounts.
• Buy, sell, trade, or transfer accounts or Virtual Items outside the Game.
• Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Distribute or promote discriminatory, offensive, or harmful content.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in MafiaXo, including but not limited to graphics, text, software, music, sound effects, characters, and game mechanics, is the property of Enfessoft Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep MafiaXo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the Game or any part thereof at any time.
• Perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Reset game progress or data in exceptional circumstances.

We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
